Ginny left for her new home in Hilo, Hawaii today!

This is one special filly, in every way! Ginny is a rare find: a SOUND unraced 2 yr old off the track. She is unbelievably quiet (she lets us sit next to her and pet her while she lies basking in the sun!) and sensible for a baby Thoroughbred; she just takes everything in stride...I have yet to see her really rattled or overexposed about ANYTHING. She is super smart, and does her very best to please. She is exceptionally trainable! Ginny was too sweet and quiet for the racetrack...she just didn't want to run. But she is extremely athletic and beautifully put together...she has excellent, clean legs, a pretty, feminine head, a lovely, soft, kind eye. She was not shod for very long, (she was still in her racing plates when she arrived, and we pulled them quickly) so her feet have excellent, thick wall, and nice concavity...and she is absolutely sound barefoot. She already stands 15.3 hh, so she will be TALL...I think she will make a lovely hunter under saddle, or dressage prospect...but the truth is, she could go any direction and look like a superstar. She has some white hairs on her forehead that don't quite qualify as a star, a white coronet on her right hind, and a tiny bit of white on her left front heel. Ginny comes with her Jockey Club papers.  She is currently priced at $2750; that number will continue to increase with training.  I would be happy to keep this one in training, so that's another option to consider. One way or another, she's an exceptional horse for the money.
